20 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the healthy volunteered subjects age over 20 years old either with or without cataract.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -the subjects who has been used topical or systemic medication that has the effect of pupillary dilation - previously undergone intraocular surgery -angle closure suspected (examined under Sussman Four-Mirror Gonioscope) -lens opacity that too opaque to be measured using the IOL Master -history of mydriatic drug allergy -history of contact lens wear -inability to do ocular fixation and maintain in an upright position.
