Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Adults undergoing unilateral TKA - Written informed consent obtained
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Infection at the planned site of skin puncture, coagulopathy, known allergy to local anesthetics, and inability to operate a patient-controlled analgesia device (PCA). Patients with relative contraindications to intravenous parecoxib, such as coronary artery disease, cerebrovascular disease, asthma and severe renal function impairment.
