After insertion of LMA,
the cuff was inflated with 5-
ml increments of air up to the maximum recommended volume.
After each 5-
ml intracuff pressure was measured and the volume of air that generated intracuff pressure 60 cmH2O was recorded. ,After insertion of LMA,

18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients who were older than 18 years old 2.Anesthetized patients who need LMA during surgery 3.The patients who NPO more than 6 hours before surgery 4.The patients who have body weight 30-70 kilograms (30-50 kg for LMA size 3, 51-70 kg for LMA size 4)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The patients with abnormal respiratory and upper gastrointestinal tract 2.The patients with risk of aspiration 3.The patients with body mass index > 30 4.The patients who can not be inserted LMA more than 2 attempts
