Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Woman over 35 year of age,who have indicate for endometrial biopsy in Songkhlanakarin hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to lidocain,paracetamol or ibruprofen 2. Pregnant woman 3. Woman who have PID or STDs 4. Abnormal coagulogram 5. Unstable hemodynamic status
