Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Both males and females aged 65 years old or more; • Non-institutionalized; • Regularly resident of That Phanom or PlapakProvince (defined as being regularly resident since Songkran 2014) • Must be able to communicate adequately (able to see, hear and understand questions, and respond appropriately)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Elderly with body disabilities that may have impact on self- nasal swab or telephone interview (i.e. elderly with stroke) • Elderly with history of tumor in the nose or nearby areas • Elderly with history of bleeding order (i.e. hemophilia) • Elderly who often gets nosebleeds • Any elderly with an acute medical condition or illness that could not participate in the study
