18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: � primary TKA or THA � blood loss less than 1,200 cc. � age between 18 - 90 year � preoperative doppler u/s screennig normal

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: abnormal bleeding history abnormal liver function test eGFR < 30 mm/min previous DVT
