Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Infants of - gestational age less than 37 weeks - birth weight less than 1500 grams - admit to the neonatal intensive care at age less than 48 hours
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Infants with major congenital anomalies or anomalies of GI tract, cardiovascular or renal system - Infants with severe illness who have tendency to die within 72 hours after birth - Infants of HIV mothers - Mothers refuse to participate in the study
