Femoral nerve block under ultrasound guidance with 20 ml of 0.25% bupivacaine performed by anesthesiologist at the end of surgery,intraarticular infiltration with 20 ml of 0.25% bupivacaine performed

Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 yr or more ASA I or II Weight 50 kg or more Scheduled for elective ACL reconstruction with bone-patellar tendon-bone autograft

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with previous ACL reconstruction Preexisting neurologic deficit Allergy to local anesthetics Contraindication to regional anesthesia Communication problems
