Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children diagnosed as atopic dermatitis following Criteria of Hanifin and Rajka 2. Guardian approval and signed assent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Guardian not approved 2. Patients with other skin diseases 3. AD patients with bacterial infection 4.Receive oral antibiotic within 4 weeks or topical antibiotics within 2 weeks before study
