Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Combination of chronic tension type headache and migraine diagnosed on the bases of diagnostic criteria of international classification of headache disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: drug abuse medication with other antidepressants or tranquilizers current use of other prophylactic headache medication lack of compliance contra-indications against tricyclic antidepressants
