Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - age 18-65 years - ASA clasiification I-III - undergo general anesthesia with orthopedics surgery - duration of surgery 1-3 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: &#45; no inform consent &#45; ketamine allergy &#45; BMI > 35 kg/m2 &#45; preoperative core temperature > 38 c or < 35 c &#45; hypo&#45;hyperthyroidism &#45; Parkinson&#39;s disease &#45; requiring blood transfusion during surgery &#45; severe cardiopulmonary disease &#45; neuromuscular disease &#45; history of convulsion &#45; pregnancy &#45; not pass reocery room &#45; plan post operative on respirator or ICU &#45; intake tramadol or clonidine before surgery &#45; receive ondansetron &#45; psychiatric disorder (Schizophrenia)
