Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Women aged between 35 and 70 years 2) metabolic syndrome under the guidelines of IDF 2006 3) Non-regular exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Cardiovascular disease 2) Respiratory disease 3) Neuromuscular disorder 4) Liver and kidney disorder 5) Orthopedic problem (only if affect on shoulder movement) 6) Chronic infection
