Patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecologic surgery which airway pressure will increase significantly due to pneumoperitoneum and trendelenburg position. Peak airway pressure volume controlled ventilator pressure regulated volume controlled gynecological laparoscopic surgery
Conditions
Interventions
regulated volume control (PRVC) is a new mode of ventilation that combines the advantages of the decelerating inspiratory flow pattern of a pressure-
control mode with the benefit of constant tidal volume. ,Volume contolled ventilation (VCV) is a conventional mode which is generally preferred due to more familiar of the anesthesiologist.
