Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Rhegmatogenous retinal detachment patients who will be treated with pneumatic retinopexy or pars plana vitrectomy at King Chulalongkorn Memorial hospital. 2. Age > 18 years old. 3. Patient who is cooperative to obtain axial length biometry measurement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who will have scleral buckling procedure 2. Patient who is mental retardation 3. Patient who have retained silicone oil

Different of the change between preoperative and postoperative axial length Preoperative axial length compare with 3-months postoperative axial length Axial lengths are obtained by optical and acoustic biometry in millimeter unit
