Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Rhegmatogenous retinal detachment patients who will be treated with pneumatic retinopexy or pars plana vitrectomy at King Chulalongkorn Memorial hospital. 2. Age > 18 years old. 3. Patient who is cooperative to obtain axial length biometry measurement
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who will have scleral buckling procedure 2. Patient who is mental retardation 3. Patient who have retained silicone oil
