Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 20 years old 2. Primary nasal pterygium which involve cornea 3. Pterygium excision with conjunctival autograft

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of anterior segment surgery 2. History of ocular trauma 3. Contact lens wear 4. Severe blepharitis 5. Cornea disease Ex keratoconus 6. Cornea scar 7. Retina disease 8. Glaucoma disease 9. Bihead pterygium 10. Recurrent pterygium
