Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: pregnant women age > 18 years old and able to read and write singleton pregnancy gestational age>34 wks. fetal cephalic presentation planned vaginal delivery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: pregnant women with planned cesarean section
