Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1). Male or female; aged from 18-65 (2). Have been diagnosed with a SMI defined either by a case note diagnosis of schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, psychotic depression or bipolar affective disorder (type 1 or 2) or DSM V (3). Agreement to participate to the study (sign the consent form)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1). Aged younger than 18 years and older than 65 years of age (2). Have not been diagnosed with SMI (3). Do not sign the consent form (4). Primary substance misuse diagnosis.

The Phisical Health Screening (HIP) Thailand 12 month HIP-T at risk (red flagged items),Participants objective health indicators baseline to 12 months BMI (kg/m2), blood pressure (mmhg), weight (kg)

MeasureTime frame
histamine-induced skin wheal and flare at 7 days of the treatment size in millimetre of the wheal and flare diameters,nasal symptoms at 7 days of the treatment total nasal symtom score
