Subjects to wear positional therapy belt for 3 weeks then to have repeat polysomnography when wearing positional therapy belt.

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Positional Sleep Apnea patients age between 18-80 years old who was recently diagnosed within 1 year of enrollment and not currently receiving treatment. Positional Sleep Apnea is defined by supine RDI/non-supine RDI ≥2 with overall RDI ≥ 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Receiving treatment for obstructive sleep apnea including continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP), upper airway surgery, or oral appliance 2. Pregnant 3. Morbid obesity (BMI>35) 4. Not able to read or write in Thai
