18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-50 Shoulder pain with palpable taut band in the upper trapezius muscle. Significant pain must be reproduced when pressure is applied over the taut band. Pain intensity is at least 4 out of 10 measured by numeric pain rating scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having neurodeficit or muscle disease Known case of rheumatic disease Having coagulation disorder Previous neck and shoulder surgery Previous failure of treatment with trigger point injection or needling
