The patients who undergo native kidney biopsy with serum creatinine less than 2 mg/dL. kidney biopsy,

Interventions
After 6 hours of conventional percutaneous real time ultrasound-
guided kidney biopsy,
the patient was serially follow up vital signs,
hemoglobin level,
and ultrasound. The patients who had not major bleeding,
hemoglobin reduction less than 2 g/dL,
and hematoma size less than 3x3 cm. were permitted to have normal daily activity instead of 24 hours absolute bed rest as conventional. Some patients who could return to hospital within 2 hours if the
2 weeks after kidney biopsy were also recorded.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old 2. Native kidney biopsy 3. Duration from The patient's accommodation to hospital within 2 hours 4. Performed inform consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Prolonged coagulogram 2. Platelet =/= 2 mg/dL 5. Body mass index >= 35 kg/m2 6. The patient who was prescribed antiplatelet or anticoagulolant
