Dianosis of acute appendicitis is made according the results of calculating of clinical-
sonoscopic score. (The score will be developped in the first stage of current study).

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patiens, admitted to the emergency department with right inferior fossa pain
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age<18 2. Patient's disagreament 3. Foreign patient 4. Inability to contact patient in 3 mounths after the episode of admission to emergency departure and exclusion of acute appendicitis by emergency surgeon after clinical examination 5. incapable patiens 6. Pregnant women 7. Patients with performed laparoscopic appendectomy
