18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-80 years A history of lumbosacral radicular pain greater than 6-month period Unsatisfactory pain control with oral pharmacotherapy, physical therapy or previous ESI No indication for surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergic to local anesthetics, contrast media, triamcinolone Evidence of significant neurological deficit Coagulopathy Malignant disease Pregnancy Psychological problems Language barrier
