Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age equal or more than 18 years chronic back pain equal or more than 3 months Pain score equal or more than 4 the patient who were scheduled for spinal intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: uncontrolled psychiatric problem cannot communicate with thai language cancer patients pregnancy multiple sites of pain allergy to local anesthetic or steroid or contrast media coagulopathy underwent previous intervention within 3 months
