Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A prospective study was set up to evaluate chronic respiratory diseases in adults with ages over 40 years living in municipal areas of Chiang Mai province.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects had live in Chiang Mai less than 5 years and could not performed spirometry.
