Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Single level L-Spondylolisthesis at L4-5 • Mayerding grade I-II • Back pain • Informed consent obtained and consent form signed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Previous lumbar spine surgery • Severe osteoporosis • Malnutrition • Active smoking • Previous lumbar spine infection • Metabolic bone diseases • Hematological malignancy • Serious preexisting medical diseases • Titanium alloy allergy
