Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: POAG and PACG diagnosed patients that has been treated at King Chulalongkorn Memorial hospital from October 2011-June 2012, who were recruited for the study of Tangseepha et al. •Age ≥ 40 years old •Has been treated with antiglaucoma medications for more than 6 months •Spherical refractive error < 6 diopters, astigmatism < 3 diopters •No history of intraocular surgery except uncomplicated phacoemulsification with intraocular lens •Patients’ relatives needed to be comfortable being trained in the operation of the Icare tonometer •Presence of glaucomatous optic neuropathy: vertical cup to disc ratio of more than 0.7 or focal neuroretinal rim loss in the superior or inferior quadrant •Presence of an outside normal limits on glaucoma hemifield test or pattern standard deviation < 5% on at least two consecutive tests using Swedish Interactive Threshold Algorithm (SITA) standard 24-2 (Carl Zeiss Meditec, Dublin, CA, USA)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: •Previous ocular trauma •Corneal, retinal or ocular inflammatory diseases •Underlying disease that could interfere with 24-hour IOP measurement •Failure of patients’ relative to master Icare tonometery
