Interventions
In case of Group I (the control group),
the gallbladder was retrieved through the umbilical port and some CO2 gas escaped passively via the subumbilical wound. A local anesthesia (0.25% bupivacaine 20 ml) was administered,
and the abdominal wall and skin were closed with an absorbable suture no 1-
0 (J-
shaped needle) and an absorbable suture no 4-
0 (cutting needle),As for group II (the active aspiration group),
once the gallbladder has been dissected from liver bed,
the subdiaphragmatic port was pulled up under visual control until cannula tip fit to the intra-
peritoneum and trocar remaining. The other cannula ports were removed. A local anesthesia (0.25% bupivacaine 20 ml) was administered,
abdominal wall was closured with absorbable suture no 1-
shaped needle). Then,
subdiaphragmatic port valve was opened and a suction tip was connected with a negative pressure of 80 mmHg,
and skin was closed with absorbable suture no 4-
0 (cutting needle.Subsequently,
the subdiaphragmatic port was removed and skin was closed,As for group III (the passive-
valve release group),
peritoneum and remaining trocar,

Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: previous abdominal surgery Pregnancy Emergency surgery Diagnosis with acute Cholecystectomy
