Inclusion criteria: Thai elderly with diabetes mellitus live at the central region of Thailand. They are able to literacy, and self-care.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Thai elderly with diabetes mellitus live at the other regions of Thailand (e.g. northern, southern, eastern of Thailand etc.)
