Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Have a symptom of peripheral neuropathic pain 2.Age 18 - 65 years 3.Have pain score numerical rating scales (NRS)>5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnancy&#44; 2) Previous carbarmazepine&#44; oxcarbazepine and lidocaine treatment&#44; 3) Allergy to oxcarbazepine&#44; carbamazepine or lidocaine&#44; 4) Patient with cancer&#44; 5) Patient with impaired mental status or psychosis. 6) Patient with uncontrolled medical conditions such as Child&#45;Pugh B&#44; CrCl<50 ml/min&#44; arrhythmia.
