Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 children is 9 mouth to 24 mouth 2 no underlying disease or treatment etc hyperthyroid Radio iodine diagnostic test 3 having anterior primary dentition 4 never take fluoride supplement 5 do not take topical fluoride on 3 mouth interval and antibiotic on 2 week before research 6 parant allow for research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. all anterior primary teeth present caries on dentin or not have anterior primary teeth 2.asthma or cleft lip and palate 3.children have allergy for intervention
