Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with chronic spinal cord injury C4-T10 level, ASIA impairment scale A or B or C

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with &#45; pulmonary disease such as COPD&#44; asthma &#45; have contraindication to respiratory exercise &#45; in active pneumonia &#45; vital capacity < 30% predicted

maximal inspiratory pressure and maximal expiratory pressure 0 and 8th week Pulmonary function test by Viasys® Vmax encore 22

Secondary

dyspnea scale 0 and 8th week modified borg dyspnea scale
