Phase I: Anatomical Cadaveric study
Thirty four cadaveric feet were dissected to study the course of lateral calcaneal artery.
Phase II:Thirty two patients who underwent Computed Tomographic angiogr
atherosclerotic risk factor and group 2 had atherosclerotic risk factor. All patients did CT angiography of lower extremity and doppler ultrasonography of lateral calcaneal artery. Comparative study

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients who underwent Computed Tomographic angiography of lower extremity.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.previous surgery of lower leg, ankle or foot 2. previous fracture or vascular injury of lower leg, ankle or foot 3. Patients had contraindication for CT angiogram.
