nicotinamide 40 mg) daily&#44
5 days per week for 6 months.,Subjects will take placebo which has same form of the active group&#44

Inclusion criteria: healthy children aged 4-15 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 presentation of any physical disability 2 take other vitamins, minerals or health supplements
