Interventions

Particopants in group 1 (facial and boby acupuncture) will needled at the body region including Qihai (CV6)&#44
Xuchai (SP10)&#44
Zusanli (ST36)&#44
Hegu (LI4)&#44
Taichong (LR3)&#44
Sanyinjiao (SP6) and facial acupoints around melasma. The needles will removed after 30 minutes in each session. Participants will treated for 2 sessions per week for 8 consecutive weeks.,Participants

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: malasma with not currently treat withany methods

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: bleeding trendency or commence on anticoagulants or thrombolytic drugs, pregnency, uncontrolled hypertension, mental disorders
