Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects had to have good general health condition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were i habitual consumption of probiotics ii systemic antibiotic medication taken within 6 weeks iii allergy to cows milk lactose intolerance severe food allergy and iv systemic or severe chronic diseases
