40 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postmenopausal women no menstruation at least one year with osteopenia diagnosed by Dual energy X ray absorptiometry DEXA T score bone mineral density BMD at lumbar spine or hip less than or equal to t 1 0 Willing to enroll in the study and sign consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: abnormal glomerular filtration rate GFR abnormal liver function test LFT Previous treated with bisphosphanate selective estrogen receptor modulator SERM steroid hormonal replacement therapy HRT Osteopenia fcaused from other causes scleroderma rheumatoid Participant decline to enroll in the study
