Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People with HIV infections aged equal or above 18 years attended at antiretroviral therapy ART center Enrolled in ART therapy and currently using antiretroviral ARV drugs between six months and two years Agree to participate in the trial for 6 months from recruitment until the completion of follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those having psychotic disorder antisocial personality visual or hearing retardation which is unable to communicate Those participating in any other education programs
