Interventions
undergo general anesthesia with US-
TAP block with saline injection,
20 ml each at the left and the right,
a total of 40 ml (Group Control,
n = 30),undergo general anesthesia with US-
TAP block with 0.25% levobupivacaine injection,

20 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I II male and female adult patients between the ages of 20 65 whom be scheduled undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 a history of relevant local anesthetics NSAIDS allergy 2 opioids addiction 3 coagulation disorder Pulmonary disease 4 infection at the needle insertion site 5 BMI 30 kg m2
