Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 working in cardboard box factory more than 6 months 2 to be able to participate in this project for 4 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 pregnancy 2 history of accident resulting in musculoskeletal or neurological problems
