Inclusion criteria: Male 20 50 years Healthy No smoking drinking substance abuse

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Regular kratom users Kratom intoxication symptoms Positive Urine test for methamphetamine and opioid liver kidney and blood function test abnormal
