Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients undergoing on pump cardiac surgery with median sternotomy for correcting valvular disease or CABG 2 40 years of age or older 3 Both males and females 4 Good communication and cooperation 5 Uncomplicated cardiac event
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Respiratory diseases 2 History of cardiac arrest 3 Hemodynamic instability 4 Difficult to understand or perform the measures or physical therapeutic conducts 5 Undergoing invasive mechanical ventilation supports for a period exceeding 24 hours after admission to the intensive care unit 6 Reoperation
