Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All women presented at the gynecology outpatient clinic Age 20-50 years Any parity Sexually active

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Pregnancy. 2- Vaginal bleeding. 3- History of cervical pathologies or its treatment ï¿½etc 4- Use of COC. 5- Immunosuppression. 6- During menstruation. 7- Women with amputated cervix, total hysterectomy or with apparent cervical pathology
