Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: CP spastic diplegia Age 4 8 years GMFCS Level 2 3 Good communication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Modified ashworth scale MAS 3 or 4 Tendon transfer or lengthening or neurolytic within 6 months before study Botulinum toxin within 6 months before study Other neurological diseases
