Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1 fibromyalgia syndrome diffidition American college of Rheumatology 2 sternocleidomastoid scalene levator scapulae 3 whiplash injury 4 cervical spine surgery 5 cervical radiculopathy or myelopathy 8 postural disorders scoliosis kyphosis 9 10
