Interventions
After oropharyngeal and nasal suctioning,
infants in the SLI group will undergo the following approaches,
controlled (25 cmH2O) inflation will be sustained for 15 seconds,
using an appropriate size,
neonatal mask and T-
piece resuscitator followed by the delivery of 6 cmH2O NCPAP. Infants will be observed for the following 6 to 10 seconds to evaluate their cardio-
respiratory function.,infant in control group will be resuscitated according to the current AAP Guidelines

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Born at 25 to 32 weeks gestation and 2 Those requires a positive pressure ventilation or CPAP in delivery room
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Presence of major congenital malformations 2 Hydrops fetalis 3 Prenatal diagnosis of upper airway obstruction 4 Meconium stained amniotic fluid
