20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Healthy subject without any present systemic disease or medical condition which can affect the prognosis and surgical procedure e.g. bleeding disorders, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, osteoporosis, hypertension. b. Patient has to be above 20 years old c. Patient desire for single implant placement on the lower posterior region (molars). d. Implant site with at least 1 walls bone defect, inadequate bone height of at least 2 mm. compare with the crestal bone of adjacent teeth, and about 3-4 months post extraction area. ( evaluate from the x-ray) e. The opposing teeth are natural teeth. f. Patient can be followed up the dental implant for 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Pregnant woman b. Mental disorders c. Active smoker (more than 10 cigarettes a day) d. Severe chronic periodontitis patient. e. Active bisphosphonate users. f. Taking anticoagulant drugs. g. Severe bruxer
