Inclusion criteria: Unremarkable medical history Presence of 4 upper incisors with no visible defects No cavitated caries Not use antibiotic 2 weeks before experiment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Remarkable medical history cavitated caries use ATB 2 weeks before experiment Allergy iodine
