Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Care takers who take care psychiatric cases , that is schizophrenia, elderly and epilepsy who have been treatment at least 6 months at Srithanya Hospital, at least 6 hour a day.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Care takers have psychiatric illness.
