Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients at Songklanagarind Hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with current complicated gallstones: acute cholecystitis, symptomatic choledocholithiasis, intrahepatic duct stones, or acute gallstone pancreatitis, patients had history above can be enrollment if they completed recovery from conditions and clinical no symptoms. 2. History of cephalosporin or beta-lactam allergy, sensitivity, or anaphylaxis 3. History of antibiotic use within 7 days before laparoscopic cholecystectomy 4. History of biliary tract surgery, or prosthetic heart valve 5. Other infections such as urinary tract infection 6. Emergency cholecystectomy 7. Pediatric patient (age under 14 years old) 8. Single port procedure
