Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ITP patients who have been treated and responsive to steroids Age over 15 years Current platelet count of 30000/uL or over
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Secondary ITP Prednisolone dose 7.5 mg/d or below more than 3 months Refractory ITP Post-splenectomy Contra-indication to steroids
